Lincoln Monument

This monument was my favorite because it had my favorite President in it.  They also had his famous speeches up on the walls, which I thought was very cool.  It also had a nice, and tall, statue of Abraham Lincoln sitting in a chair in it, which I thought was very neat.

FDR

My favorite was the Roosevelt Memorial because it went through the stages of his life.  I also loved how they had the waterfalls with rough water during time of war and still water during peace in his lifetime.   -Erin Thomas

Arlington

The reason that the Arlington Cemetary is my favorite so far is beacause it's so personal.  It can be very personal to people and that so beautiful. The Changing of the Guards was really cool!

I cant wait to go there again!!!!    Emily Kramar

When we were at Arlington Cemetery we also saw the chaning of the gaurd.  I thought that was really cool, because an eagle flew over when we were watching it.  I also thought how hard it would be to do the exact same thing over  and over again.     Lilia Geis

7th and 8th Grade Trip

The traIn ride was long, but was a unique experience.  We had a lot of fun during the day, but it was hard to sleep at night.
